The Head of Client services will be required to help manage some larger accounts as well as work as part of the leadership team to continue to steer the business forward. Good commercial understanding is vital. We would also expect a good understanding of Search, social, email marketing and web development as part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Account Management team
- Retain current customer base with an improved customer experience
- Partner with Managing Director and Leadership Team in forecasting and building the new business pipeline
- Refine existing Client Services processes, contact reports and systems
- Train and develop the Account Management team
- Play a key role in internal meetings, team building and development sessions
- Contact prospects on a regular basis (by email, phone, LinkedIn), manage ongoing follow up and secure introductions with senior management team
- Strategically map out the Client Services strategy, working closely the senior leadership team
- Develop new business proposals for new and existing customers.
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years' experience - digital agency background is required
- Exceptional new business and client-facing skills
- Highly experienced in account management & account growth
- Solid experience in digital & web-based projects - SEO, PPC, Social & Web Development.
- Able to perform senior-level client negotiations
- Excellent time management and prioritising skills
- Confident presenter and pitcher
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Starting salary - GBP55,000 - GBP60,000 pa (depending on experience)
