• Housing, high rise apartments and care homes
• Strategic lead for Health and Safety
• Overseeing of the Building Safety team
• Line management of managers across Building Safety, Compliance and H&S
• Fire safety management and fire risk assessments
• Asbestos and legionella
• Policies and procedures
• CDM
• Audits
• Risk registers
• Certifications
• Landlord compliance

Profile

• Relevant safety and compliance experience
• Relevant safety or compliance qualifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, P405 Asbestos, P901 Legionella
• Thorough understanding of Fire Safety and Building Safety
• Currently or previously operating in residential safety
• Understanding of the social housing sector
• Strategic thinking
• Driving licence & vehicle

Job Offer
