SalaryLeading public-sector clients now require a Head of Contracts to develop and manage their brand-new post-contract management strategy for a new multi-billion Construction Programme.
The Head of Contracts will be responsible for leading key client engagements, building rapport with stakeholders, and making sure delivery is compliant with the appropriate legislation.
The Head of Contracts will have the following experience/skills:
- Extensive Experience managing Infrastructure/Construction Contracts within the government or public sector
- Extensive commercial experience at a senior level in a major projects environment, within a contract management function
- Deep working understanding of PCR2015
- Evidence of delivering value for money through effective contract management
- Experience of managing teams
- High quality senior engagement with proven influencing skills.
- Proven experience of managing complex commercial projects
- Identifying risk and implementing the appropriate controls to protect client
- Commercially astute and a customer focused professional.
- Ability to engage and communicate with people at all levels within the business.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
