Overview:
As the Head of Creative, reporting to the Head of Growth, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's creative direction globally. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive creative innovation across all consumer touch-points, particularly in supporting the Growth Team with top-notch creative for paid advertising channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and take ultimate responsibility for the creative output of the brand globally.
- Lead the rebranding efforts, emphasizing creative innovation in paid advertising channels (Paid Social, Google, etc.).
- Manage a creative team and foster a world-class creative department.
- Implement brand guidelines and contribute to the development of a new look and feel.
- Collaborate with the Growth Team to deliver high-performing creative across various channels.
- Drive advertising through paid media with a focus on high CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
- Own and manage the Creative budget effectively.
- Utilize UX and web design expertise to enhance the brand's online presence.
- Art direct photo shoots and coordinate with external parties for execution.
- Ensure cross-channel cohesion for a 360-degree campaign approach.
Person Profile:
- Enthusiastic about the haircare or nutritional supplement industry.
- Proven experience in Performance Marketing creative for DTC brands.
- Strategic thinker with strong presentation and pitch skills.
- Passionate brand advocate ensuring creative quality across the division.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Prior experience leading a creative rebrand.
- Previous success in improving the quality of video work.
- Leadership skills to motivate, empower, and mentor a creative team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years in a Creative Director / Associate Director level role.
- UX and web design experience.
- Performance Marketing creative experience for a DTC brand.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Passion for the Haircare / Nutritional Supplements / Cosmetics / Beauty industry.
Package:
- Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum plus bonus.
- Location: Remote, UK (Can be based anywhere in the UK).
