We require a talented, committed, and enthusiastic Head of Faculty for our Computer Science / IT & Business Studies to be responsible for the leadership and management of the faculty.
As Head of Faculty, you will be leading a team with a strong ethic which revolves around support and trust on a daily basis. At Bridgewater High School we aim to work as one faculty, rather than as separate subjects, to maximise effective learning.
The successful person will act with honesty and integrity; have strong subject knowledge, keep their knowledge and skills as a teacher up-to-date and are self-critical; forge positive professional relationships; and work with parents in the best interests of their students.
