Head of Finance | Fast Growth Creative Agency | Central London

Harmonic is excited to exclusively partner with one of the UK's top 3 agencies, assisting them in their search for a Head of Finance.

This agency has made significant investments in their finance team over the past two years. As part of a team of 7, you will oversee UK-based agencies with turnovers ranging from £10 million to £30 million, as well as handle the commercials for their flagship client. Reporting to the Finance Director, who we previously placed, this role offers the opportunity to grow into the Finance Director position over the next 1-3 years.

Responsibilities:

· Full oversight over 3/4 different entities, each are slightly different business models

· Preparation of a budget and monitoring actual cost and revenue performance against it

· Establishing complete, efficient and robust controls and processes

· Assist with the production of annual statutory accounts

· Weekly WIP meetings with the account's teams

· Business partnering with the leadership team

· Assist in consolidation of group entities

· Long term P&L forecasting

· Line manager for a team of 4

· Lead on the commercials for their biggest client

Required skills:

· Agency experience

· Qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)

· Engaging and excellent communication skills

· Sense of humour / positive approach to work and problem solving

Bonus Skills:

· Creative Agency experience is a must

Package:

£85,000 - £100,000 + Benefits
