You will lead our Accounting & Finance department, providing strategic financial guidance and oversight in a fast-paced company.

Description

• Oversee the company's financial operations and reporting activities
• Provide strategic direction to the finance team
• Engage with stakeholders on financial and operational strategy
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards
• Lead annual budgeting and planning process
• Implement and manage financial controls and systems within the business
• Analyse and present financial reports to non-finance personnel and board members
• Act as a key liaison for external auditors and regulatory bodies

Profile

A successful Head of Finance should have:

• An academic degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional qualifications such as AC-CA, CI MA or equivalent
• Strong leadership skills with a positive, solution-focused attitude
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models
• In-depth understanding of cash management, corporate finance principles, and financial strategy
• Experience in the gaming industry would be advantageous.
