As Head of Sales you will be responsible for managing and leading a team. You will play a key role in developing and building market share whilst also maintaining and nurturing relationships with valued clients. Key Responsibilities of theHead of Sales:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote properties.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property valuation, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Oversee property viewings, negotiations, and the sales process from start to finish.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of new employees.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record at management level in Estate Agency.
- Strong knowledge of the Cambridge property market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional customer service.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- £50,000+ basic salary, dependent on experience.
