Description
- Managing a HR services delivery team responsible for managing employee life-cycle processes and administration, including HR reporting.
- Payroll processing and managing an outsourced payroll service
- Effective line management skills - someone who can motivate, engage and manage team performance and service delivery
- Managing external suppliers
- Managing end to end processes and driving continuous improvement to give a great customer experience and improve efficiency
- Delivering HR services to agreed SLAs/KPIs
- Managing projects and/or end to end HR life-cycle events e.g. pay review.
- Experience of employee relations issues
Profile
A successful Head of HR Services should have:
- Must have managed an outsourced payroll provider
- Must have previous line management experience
- Able to balance many competing priorities, and deliver your own work as well as make sure the team deliver theirs
- A solution orientated, confident decision maker who is able to respond to ambiguous situations
- Someone who thrives in working at pace, resilient in the face of challenges and changing priorities.
