I am working with an incredible cancer charity in West London who are recruiting for a Head of Operations.
This is a brand–new position in their London office, and you will have one direct report, the Operations Coordinator who has been working for the charity for 13 years.
We're looking for someone who has experience working with or within the NHS as they have 60 centres connected to NHS hospitals throughout the UK. While this charity has their own processes and procedures, you will be collaborating with the NHS closely as there's a lot of crossover when it comes to their operational policies.
– This role is responsible for the operational oversight and risk mitigation, leading implementation of procedures and compliance across the organisation.– You will work closely with the COO to manage the key processes for business planning and maintaining company wise policies.– In addition, this role will build strong, lasting, influential relationship with stakeholders and NHS contacts
This is of course a very small synopsis of what the role entails, and we're looking for a Head of Operations who has experience across multiple sites, process and policy development, quality assurance, risk management, compliance, report writing and data analysis and project management.
