- Ensuring that the day-to-day operations meet the high standards expected by our guests.
- Supporting and aligning teams to consistently deliver exceptional results that surpass expectations.
- Taking charge of both rides maintenance and ride operations teams.
- Overseeing Health and Safety protocols to ensure compliance with all policies, practices, training, and legal requirements.
- Leading efforts across the park to maximise ride up time and ensure smooth transitions, thereby enhancing the guest experience.
- Orchestrating a seamless park operation where teams collaborate effectively to achieve results and continuously enhance guest satisfaction.
- Managing payroll and operational expenses prudently to maintain company profitability.
- Fostering customer satisfaction through proactive initiatives.
- Handling incident and crisis management with skill and agility.
- Demonstrating the ability to effectively lead multiple teams.
