Compensation: £45,000 - £52,000 + Bonus/ Benefit Scheme + 27 Days Paid Holiday
OverviewHambi Media Ltd is one of the fastest-growing performance creative agencies for e-commerce brands in the UK with a team of 20+ A-Players. We’ve had £50M+ spent on our creative on Meta and TikTok ads including the likes of The Essence Vault, Space Goods, Hairburst, 47 Skin and many more. We are one of the few D2C creative agencies that have an in-house design, production, strategy and UGC team all under one roof.
In 2023, we grew exponentially as an agency and the Head of Performance Creative role will play a pivotal and exciting part in our continued growth and progression of our performance creative division. As your bolt-on creative division, we strategise, ideate, create, and optimise exceptional creative content, including UGC, high-production, design, and motion graphic ads. We pride ourselves on being a one-stop performance creative solution, acting as an in-house creative team for our clients.
Requirements
The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Performance Creative to help lead our performance creative division, acting as a pivotal and data-driven figure above our creative strategists. This role is designed for a visionary leader who excels in blending creativity with data-driven insights to drive exceptional campaign performance on social media platforms, through performance creative. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing, media buying, and creative strategy, with a proven track record of leading teams to achieve outstanding results.
Reporting directly to our Creative Director, you will ensure the success of a multitude of clients from a range of different niches. You will help our bigger brands craft creative strategies, audit existing accounts to identify data driven creative opportunities, upskill and manage our Creative Strategists and assist in developing internal performance creative processes and resources.
You will help brands achieve their goals and scale them to the moon, all while upholding our core values of extreme ownership, quality, happiness, and profit. Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and oversee the implementation of creative strategies that align with our clients' business objectives, ensuring our creative division delivers innovative and effective campaigns.
- Creative Excellence: Guide the conceptualisation and execution of creative campaigns across various formats, including UGC, high-production ads, motion graphic ads, and static design ads, with a keen eye on creative performance optimisation.
- Data-Driven Optimisation: Utilise creative and performance data to analyse campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance future campaign strategies and creative executions.
- Team training/ up-skilling: Helping lead and up-skill creative strategists to improve, optimise and fast track development.
- Process Innovation: Lead the development and optimisation of creative and data-driven processes to streamline workflow, enhance creativity, and improve campaign performance.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of creative strategists, fostering an environment of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement. Ensure effective delegation, prioritisation, and project management to meet client deliverables on time and to the highest standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including account management, media buying, design, and production teams, to deliver cohesive and integrated creative campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Client Engagement: Actively participate in client meetings, offering creative insights, performance analysis, and strategic planning to strengthen client relationships and business growth.
- Industry Insight: Stay abreast of the latest trends, market research, and consumer insights in D2C, e-commerce and social media, applying this knowledge to inform our creative strategies and offerings.
- Experience: 4+ years experience in performance, creative, strategic roles within digital marketing, media buying, or creative strategy, with a specific focus on social channels like Meta. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing creative or performance teams, with a track record of driving successful campaigns. Proven ability in building and optimising creative/data-driven processes to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.
- Skills: Exceptional understanding of Performance creative, including the ability to analyse data to optimise creative strategies. Strong leadership, communication, and management skills. Creative and strategic thinking with the ability to conceptualise and execute impactful Meta campaigns.
- Knowledge: Deep knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Meta and TikTok, with an understanding of consumer behaviour and how to leverage creative content for maximum engagement and conversion. Familiarity with the latest digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. Also a deep understanding of the direct-to-consumer and e-commerce market.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. (not essential - we don’t dictate by degree!)
