They are currently on the lookout for a Head of Marketing (Performance) to join their growing and thriving team! 🚀
Your roles and duties:
- Spearhead Paid Growth campaigns for the acquisition of mobile and web users. 📱
- Take charge of achieving Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) targets. 📈
- Supervise and execute Performance Marketing campaigns across various channels (GAC, ASA, Native, Social…). 📣
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to manage and brainstorm creative elements for ad copy, content, and landing pages. ✍️
- Integrate the latest insights into new growth experiments using a rapid experimentation approach (drawing inspiration from Hacking Growth by Sean Ellis). 📚
- Conduct A/B tests to explore and evaluate new ideas. 🔍
What you need to have?
- At least 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Must be located in a time zone +-2h from Berlin (CET)
- Experienced working with GAC
- Has managed mobile campaigns
- Experience in Facebook, ASA, Quora, Twitter, and Native (Taboola, Outbrain) would be desirable
- Has managed campaigns for an Education or Health Product would be desirable
- Has experience in A/B split tests would be desirable
