Head of Performance Marketing

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm

Location: Hyde Park, London (Hybrid working)

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional with a minimum of ten years’ experience and a proven track record to join Chestertons and Campions’ established marketing team as the Head of Performance Marketing.

Reporting directly to the Group’s Marketing Director and working alongside the Group’s Brand team, they will lead a talented digital/Performance Marketing team to develop, implement and track lead generation initiatives for multiple estate agency brands under the Campions Group.

The successful candidate will be in control of seven-figure budgets and responsible for increasing leads for the business, which currently comprises five separate brands and 60 offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Refine the existing lead generation strategy and develop marketing plans to attract homeowners and landlords to the Group’s estate agency brands and drive leads to the sales, lettings and property management divisions of the Group
• Implement processes to accurately track the performance of lead generation strategies and report back to the business
• Analyse performance metrics and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimise lead gen campaigns accordingly
• Help lead the transformation of the Campions brands’ online presence and use of technology
• Work with the team to drive forward the Group’s email, paid search, display and social media activities, as well as the brands’ presence across the main property websites (Rightmove, OnTheMarket, Zoopla)
• Work alongside the department’s management team to manage and mentor our established team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, inspiration and support to drive performance
• Manage relationships with our Performance Marketing agencies, interrogating performance and working with them to trial new approaches and optimise results
• Work closely with the Group’s senior directors to identify opportunities to support with the delivery of strategic objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, integrating new approaches into our marketing efforts.

Experience Required:

• Deep understanding and experience in all aspects of Performance Marketing including Paid Search, Social, Email and Programmatic Display
• Expert understanding of the technical and analytical aspects of all relevant digital platforms
• A minimum of 10 years experience working in a similar role
• Experience of managing teams of 10+ people
• Highly analytical, with the ability to deep-dive into large amounts of data
• Has worked with multiple brands/clients, preferably within a marketing agency
• Has experience of working with companies in high growth stage
