Role – Head of Sales and Operations

Due to Growth, we are looking for a Head of Sales and Operations to lead and manage the internal Sales and Bid team.
The successful person will:
· Be a strong leader, coach and strategic thinker
· Have proven experience within sales and bids
· Have experience of managing cross-functional teams.
What you will be doing:
· Managing the internal sales team, setting sales targets, and developing strategies to ensure they are met or exceeded
· Identifying, developing and implementing development and career growth roadmaps to support retention strategy
· Coaching the bid and sales teams to provide development opportunities
· Conducting market analysis to identify new business opportunities and partnerships
· Ensuring the integrity Of Sales force to improve selling motion efficiency
· Overseeing the bid management process, ensuring all bids are compliant, of high quality, and delivered on time
· Developing and implementing bid strategies to win new business and achieve sales targets
· Collaborating with various departments to gather the necessary information and approvals for bid submissions
· Working closely with the marketing department to align bid submissions with brand messaging
· Regularly reporting on bid outcomes and internal sales performance to senior management
· Ensure a seamless transition from bid, contract to handover to the account management team
