DescriptionWe are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Sales for our Event Catering Company.As the Head of Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in sales within the hospitality industry who is looking to take the next step in their career.We create, cater, and deliver some of London's finest parties for an enviable list of Corporate, Luxury Brand, Showbiz, Charity, and Private Clients in an equally enviable list of iconic and unique London venues.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Lead and manage a team of Sales professionals, providing guidance and support to maximize productivity.Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance to senior management.
