Here at DUKES London an exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly talented and experienced sales professional to join the team as Head of Sales & Marketing.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a truly passionate sales person, an individual with a love for people. Someone who loves travel and understands that hospitality is at the core of luxury and what we do. This is an ideal role for a current number two looking to take that jump. Experience with leisure sales is ideal. As a commercially focused individual you would be to joining an effervescent team.

This role will give an all-encompassed exposure to Revenue, Marketing, and PR. The main purpose of this position is to formulate and direct the implementation of a sales plan for the hotel in conjunction with the Commercial Director.

Your focus will be to increase occupancy and generate revenue by developing and implementing sales strategies that target specific markets such as high-end leisure consortia, corporate and group. Guiding the team in the execution of their respective segments.

As the Head of Sales & Marketing you and your team will continue to drive the warmth and heart of DUKES London as a country house hotel in the heart of historic St. James’s.
