A very exciting opportunity with a vibrnat, fun and forward thinking organisation in the Leisure industry. The role will require experience and expertise with strategic business development, supporting our Park Managers to scope, establish, and maintain strategic local business relationships in their communities to drive footfall, revenue and community outreach. We are looking for a strategic, dynamic, and creative thinker who has a proven track record in relationship management, with commercial acumen and a drive to exceed KPI’s and financial targets. This will be an autonomous role, so we are looking or someone who is driven, manages their own time and who is a self-starter.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
National Sales Manager Reports to: COO 1. To focus on local sales and secondary revenue processes of the parks whilst promoting the highest levels of customer service and team engagement. 2. Track performance of campaigns and share this data with the wider team with a focus on continual improvement 3. Define the capabilities and establish revenue targets for our parks during off-peak sessions 4. Provide community led Park Managers with the tools and support to deliver local initiatives and events 5. Take responsibility for prospecting new business across the estate, with a specific focus on Group booking revenue. 6. Build, nurture and develop our partnerships database utilising new business opportunities, previous contacts and appropriate agencies 7. Research new market and emerging market trends, recommending new services and proposing and developing new partnerships 8. Work with the Marketing team to generate ideas for new campaigns and a calendar of events and activities to raise the profile of Oxygen. 9. Work with the Product team to tailor activities and timetable to attract and broaden footfall 10. Regularly attend networking, trade events, conferences and award shows to build network and provide group presence 11. Supported by Marketing, collate brochures by site and by brand to support with driving business across the estate 12. Work with the Operations and Marketing teams to build a positive buzz around the opening or refurbishment of parks. Making certain that all proactive sales driving activity is achieved. 13. Developing mutually beneficial partnerships with organisations relevant to our brand.
