If so, then this could be your perfect job. Our client is looking to recruit a Head of Sales for their FMCG business based in Essex. This role will give you the opportunity to create and deliver the sales strategy, manage long standing relationships as well as find new channels and routes to market, whilst coaching, nurturing, leading and inspiring the team.
  
Reporting into the Managing Director, customers and relationships are at the heart of this role, building and growing brand awareness, whilst having full P& responsibility.
  
Exceptional communication skills, commercial astute and a can-do attitude are a must for the Head of Sales. But here, the business is equally as mindful in what they can do for you and your career. You will lead the commercial strategy as well as a team in this fast-paced FMCG environment. Collaboration is imperative and as a result, this role is ideally office based 4 days a week, and as part of a team you can think creatively, nurture and grow client relationships, drive product launches as well as brand development so this is a hands-on role where the right individual will thrive.
