Oakleaf Partnership are supporting a FTSE 100 with their search for a Head of Share plans to join the highly successful total reward team.
Reporting into the Director of Executive Compensation you will have a number of responsibilities including:
- Supporting with the development of the share plan strategy and ensuring its competitiveness
- Ensuring that correct communication is delivered and the business fully understands how the company share schemes work
- Managing and developing a team and ensuring that they are able to deliver on all of their objectives
- Ensuring consistency across the business by developing policies and procedures for company share schemes
We are looking for someone who has experience working within a FTSE listed organisation and has significant experience managing discretionary and all employee Share Plans.
