I am currently supporting a fantastic food manufacturing business who are looking for an experienced Supply Chain professional to join their team as a Head of Supply Chain - taking ownership of demand planning, S&OP, logistics, and customer excellence, whilst playing a key part in leading and developing a high-performing team.
About the role:
- Lead demand fulfilment through active participation in the S&OP process, guiding forecast generation, and overseeing production plan execution.
- Manage key relationships with customer Supply Chains, ensuring effective communication and collaboration, whilst developing a customer-centric Supply Chain strategy to support other internal teams.
- Lead the team to deliver warehouse and logistics operating metrics improvements, whilst ensuring the best practices are being introduced and integrated.
- Identify and drive improvements and optimisations to planning, forecasting, and fulfilment processes and tools.
About you:
- Proven experience in Supply Chain leadership role; including experience in demand planning, logistics and customer excellence.
- Expertise in leading and participating in S&OP process.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement
