We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to join our client's senior leadership team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the talent strategy, driving recruitment initiatives, and addressing the unique challenges faced in the care sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the care industry.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment plans.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, adapting strategies to meet evolving needs.
• Implement metrics and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure our workforce reflects the communities we serve.
• Partner with external stakeholders, including educational institutions and industry organisations, to build strategic talent pipelines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior Talent Acquisition or recruitment leadership role, preferably within the care sector.
• Deep understanding of the challenges and nuances of recruiting in the care industry, including regulatory requirements and workforce shortages.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards common goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
