Description

• Advise on all aspects of Health and Safety in relation to properties on a National basis.
• Carry out regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Health and Safety legislation.
• Develop and deliver Health and Safety training to staff.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of all Health and Safety procedures.
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near-misses, and report findings.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Health and Safety standards.
• Act as a point of contact for Health and Safety queries within the organisation.

Profile

A successful 'Health & Safety Advisor' should have:

• A relevant qualification in Health & Safety.
• Experience in a similar role within the Social Housing or Not-For-Profit sector.
• Knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Offer
