As the Health and Safety Advisor you will be:
- Carry out workplace Health and Safety inspections and participate in Health and Safety audits
- Provide on-site support and guidance to construction and maintenance staff
- Carry out and record Health and Safety risk assessments, accident and incident investigations as required
- Produce, develop and review Health and Safety related procedures
- To carry out inspections and policing of Health and Safety practices on projects and work being carried out by and on behalf of the organisation
Qualifications / Experience:
- Extensive knowledge of Health and Safety Management Systems and Safety risk assessment techniques
- NEBOSH General, Construction or equivalent.
- Experience of conducting site inspections and audits.
- Previous social housing experience of a minimum of 2 years
- Must possess a full driving licence and have car available for work
As the Health and Safety Advisor you will receive:
- Salary: £39,186 to £42,403
