Essential: Degree educated Professional experience of working in a healthcare environment or similar experience Professional experience in using behavioural change techniques to support improvement and wellbeing Experience coaching clients and / or carers Comfortable using evolving technology Excellent communication and inter-personal skills Passionate about helping people get healthy and fit Ability to show empathy, compassion and understand difficulties faced by people affected by cancer Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities simultaneously Strong team working and collaboration skills A positive can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in, help out and deliver outstanding person-cantered care You are flexible and adaptable Able to work in an ambiguous and fast paced organization and enjoy being part of a rapidly expanding company Desirable: A coaching qualification -Motivational Interviewing skills -Experience of working with people with cancer Evidence of multi-professional working Report writing and presentation skills
