We are looking for a talented HelpDesk Supportto join our industry-leading Tech team and help build a nimble, resilient model for a better future for food.
Technology is at the core of our operational model and to further our mission of leading a revolution in the food system. This would be an opportunity to work with and implement new technologies in our systems.

RESPONSIBILITES
- From providing support on-site or over the phone to troubleshooting issues that arise with computers, printers, tablets, other devices or in-house systems
- Organising and maintaining inventory of all assets such as iPads, iMac, Windows Computers, Mac computers, Server room, spare devices and softwares
- Setting up assets for new or existing employees
- Travelling to all Natoora sites in London and outside the UK in the EU, AU and US if needed
- Keeping all assets up-to-date and secure
- Managing all users' accounts and requests such as Microsoft Office, Gmail, our internal system, etc
- Network infrastructure basics (cable termination, patch panel cabling, etc)

- Basic knowledge of GCP or AWS
- Basic knowledge of networking (on-premise and cloud)
- Experience with Linux system administration
- Knowledge of IT Security
- Cybersecurity Essentials
- Software and hardware diagnosing experience
- Experience with operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, iOS, Linux
- Monitoring systems such as Grafana, Zabbix
- Basic understanding of Docker, Kubernetes
