Are you looking for a temporary opportunity to develop your administrative and financial management skills? Do you excel at managing tasks with precision and efficiency? Signature Recruitment is excited to partner with a London university in search of an Accounts Payable Helpdesk Support. This temporary, full-time, office-based role has an immediate start and will run for 3 months!

In your role as AP Helpdesk Support within the Accounts Payable Finance Team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the team. Your duties will involve managing Accounts Payable queries via a shared inbox, and batching and following up on invoices. Your contribution will be crucial in aiding the team to maintain order and efficiency during busy periods, handling a variety of tasks from data entry on Excel to managing email queries and ensuring timely payments.

AP Helpdesk SupportKey Responsibilities:

  • Efficient management of the Accounts Payable shared inbox, addressing queries and following up on unpaid invoices.
  • Batching invoices and ensuring they are processed and paid in a timely manner.
  • Providing administrative support to the Accounts Payable team, including data entry and ad-hoc duties.
  • Liaising with different departments to resolve invoice-related queries.
  • Maintaining high levels of accuracy and organisation in managing financial documents and emails.
  • Assisting in the recruitment and coordination of examiners and invigilators, managing schedules, and ensuring clear communication.

AP Helpdesk SupportKey Skills:

  • Great written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to relate to team members across departments.
  • A positive, team-oriented approach, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to handle repetitive tasks without compromising on accuracy.
