The key role responsibilities include:
- Able to help with data input and reporting on Hibob
- Be the first point of contact on all HRIS requests
- Support the day to day processing of information on the HRIS
- Ensuring all records are up to date on Hibob
- Manage the implementation of the HRIS
- Knowledge to be able to create reports as needed
- Able to train and support the team on key functionality of the system
- Experience using Hibob HRIS software is essential
- 2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience implementing Hibob HRIS
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
