Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of 5 staff members, providing guidance and support
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hire desk, ensuring efficient coordination of equipment and resources
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Efficiently allocate resources, manage inventory levels, and coordinate logistics to meet customer demands
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practises
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans
Generate and analyse reports to assess key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions
Work towards reaching targets against measured KPIs
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Advanced computer skills in MS Office and software packages
At least 5 years of management experience, leading and managing teams
Proven experience in managing KPIs and implementing change
Outstanding written and communication skills
Ability to solve problems and introduce change in a challenging environment
At least 5 years of experience dealing with customers in a blue-collar environment
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Background in Hire and Construction industry
