Role Overview: As a History Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging and effective lessons to GCSE level pupils. Your responsibilities will include planning and delivering lessons in line with the National Curriculum, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. You will collaborate with colleagues to enhance the quality of instruction and ensure that each student receives personalised support.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach and support students in General History at GCSE level.Plan, deliver, and assess lessons that cater to the individual needs of each student.Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the quality of instruction.Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning journey.Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Proven experience in teaching History at GCSE level.Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for history.Strong classroom management skills.A patient and understanding approach to meeting the diverse needs of students.
