Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to deliver exceptional care services
- Maintain compliance with regulations and company policies
- Manage budgets and ensure financial viability
- Recruit, train, and develop staff
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders
Requirements:
- SVQ/NVQ Level 4 in Leadership and management
- Current NMC pin
- Previous management experience in a care setting
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
