We are proud to be working in partnership with an established care provider who have recently had a restructure. The provider has a portfolio of care homes around the North of England, providing nursing, residential and dementia care to elderly people.
My client is currently seeking a Home Manager to join their medium to large sized care home providing residential and dementia care for elderly residents. The home has consistently achieved 'Good' ratings from CQC and has high occupancy with a strong, reliable staffing team and no agency usage. My client is looking for a candidate who has experience of working within a residential and dementia setting and an in-depth understanding and knowledge of CQC standards and regulations and a passion for Elderly Care.
The Candidate
The candidate must be able to work of their own initiative, as well as be able to evidence managing a successful team within a care home. You must be able to encourage and support the staffing team to provide excellent care and achieve the requirements that are set out by the business and local authorities and strive towards 'Outstanding' CQC ratings in the future.
Location
This role is based in Bolton, and is commutable from Manchester, Preston, Burnley and Oldham
