- Working with clients with complex needs/challenging behaviours.
- Clients have a history of substance abuse.
- Tasks include, welfare checks, room checks, property checks, general health & safety, supporting clients with appointments, logging case notes, managing emails, keeping client records up to date, assisting with support plans and risk assessments.
