Responsibilities: - Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions - Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accuracy of information and timely completion of necessary paperwork - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Assist with reservations and room assignments, taking into account guest preferences and availability - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby and reception area - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction Requirements: - Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong phone etiquette with the ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously - Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus - Proficient in using computer systems for check-ins, reservations, and other front desk tasks - Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and remain calm under pressure - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills At our hotel, we value our employees' contributions and offer a supportive work environment.
