We're currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Hotel Receptionist at The Little haven Hotel. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and billing
Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area
Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, handling emails, and managing reservations
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Receptionist, preferably in a hotel environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in using computer systems and software, with desirability in using Rezlynx
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays
A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
