Hotel Receptionist

Exorno Recruitment has the exciting opportunity of flexible and experienced Receptionists to join our prestigious client, a leading 5* brand within the Heathrow loop, offering front of house support across the holiday period. 

This role requires a degree of flexibility as shifts will cover days and nights across a 7 day period.

You must have previously worked within the same role within the Hospitality sector. 

Hotel Receptionists are responsible for maintaining the smooth day to day operations whilst ensuring that guests needs are met on an individual basis with professionalism and efficiency with an emphasis on Customer Care and attention to detail. 

Duties and responsibilities may include but not be limited to the following;

• Check in and check out 

• Answering calls politely and with efficiency. 

• Maximising room sales through reservations 

• Ensuring that you are familiar with transportation and area to offer speedy advice and guidance when required

• Adhering to company policies at all times 

Pay: 

We operate a monthly payroll with the hourly rate of £12.50 - £13.00 P/H - shift dependant
