Join us to help with day to day housing management side of refuge work. Leeds Women’s Aid provides a range of services for vulnerable women and families who are victims and survivors of abuse to become safe, confident and independent. We deal with domestic, sexual and ‘honour’- based violence and abuse; forced marriage; trafficking; stalking and harassment.
Leeds Women’s Aid is the lead agency for Leeds Domestic Violence Service (LDVS), a consortium of 3 agencies offering support to women, men and transgender/non-binary people children and young people.

An opportunity has arisen for a new role within our refuge services. The role will involve working with key staff to increase income through rent collection; ensuring repair and health and safety records are accurate and up to date; monitoring and reviewing standards for continuous improvement to our services and contributing to essential reporting.
You will need:
• Excellent IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office
• Experience using a case management system
• Strong attention to detail
