£25,508 - £27,874 Fixed Term (until 31/03/2025)

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Housing Options Team in Pullar House. You will provide a customer focused housing options service to families and individuals who need affordable housing and a homeless advice service to persons who are homeless or threatened with homeless. You will also provide support to the Housing Options Officers on a daily basis and undertake a number of administrative duties including dealing with customers both on the telephone and also reception.
The Council is currently offering a hybrid working model, offering access to office working on some days/when required, on a temporary basis, with longer term options becoming available in the future.
