Job Description
- Manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties.
- Handle tenant queries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-kept.
- Monitor and report on property performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all property regulations and laws.
- Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
- Implement strategies to maximise occupancy rates and rental income.
- Participate in the planning and execution of property projects.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Housing Manager should have:
- Proven experience in managing residential properties.
- Strong knowledge of property regulations and laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
