Housing Manager
Location: Nottingham
Temporary ongoing contract
Rate: £26 - £32 per hour
Sellick partnership are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Manager to join a social housing organisation on a temporary ongoing contract
Responsibilities of the Housing Manager:
- Managing the operational delivery of housing services and ensuring that services fully comply with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Ensuring that services operate in a viable and compliant manner, whilst ensuring customers are highly satisfied, assets are protected, and customers and colleagues are safe
- Operationally working with a range of stakeholders and partners (including Health and Social Care)
- Achieving high standards of performance in a range of areas (including, but not limited to, debt, re-lets, community safety, contract compliance, older person service support and satisfaction)
- Contributing towards the achievement of the wider operations objectives, ensuring that services deliver the highest quality standards and value for money and a high-quality customer experience that keeps colleagues and customers safe
- Delivering an effective performance management framework, ensuring that services are recognised as top quartile
Requirements of the Housing Manager:
- A relevant degree or professional Housing qualification
- Understanding and experience of programme and project management
- Social Housing or Local Authority experience (preferable)
