Our client is looking to hire a dedicated and passionate Housing Officer for a temporary contract in Derbyshire.

Position: Housing Officer
Type: Temporary Contract
Pay Rate: £23-£25 per hour via umbrella
Hours: Full time (35 hours per week)
Location: Northampton (Hybrid work arrangement)
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive housing and estate management services.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and external partners.
• Ensure proactive management of estate and tenancy issues.
• Collaborate with in-house teams and external agencies to maintain safe and secure homes.
• Promote and facilitate community events to improve customer outcomes.
• Address anti-social behaviour promptly and effectively.
• Support customers with tenancy-related queries and changes.

Requirements:

• A commitment to providing excellent customer service and building constructive relationships.
• Basic DBS clearance.
