This post is based at Lancaster Town Hall, with hybrid working arrangements available.

The Council currently operates an excellent Flexible Working Hours Scheme which applies to this post. Subject to the needs of this business, this may allow employees to work between the hours of 6:00am-10:30pm.

The successful applicant will be subject to a basic clearance with the Disclosure and Barring Service.

You will be an enthusiastic motivated individual, with a positive approach, who recognises the importance of working with residents in the management of their homes and estates. You should enjoy working with the public and be able to demonstrate a real commitment to providing excellent Customer Care and a top-quality service.
