SalaryWe are currently recruiting for a Housing Solicitor on behalf of our public sector client based in East London.
The client is looking for a candidate to join on a nine month contract with an option to extend to 12 months. The hourly rate is between £45 to £55 per hour Umbrella.
- The caseload will include taking cases through to court for the collection of arrears
- Working with the council's fraud team to take tenancy fraud cases to court and regain possession of the properties concerned
- Provide legal advice and support on a small number of disrepair cases
The client would value someone with the above skills and who has also had broader experience and would be able to provide legal advice and support in a corporate / Registered Provider environment.
