In House Solicitor

We are currently recruiting for a Solicitor to join a fantastic UK Renewables IPP.

The company is growing rapidly, their staff is now comprised of engineers, land specialists, planning and development specialists. Their strategy is to develop greenfield projects, co-develop and acquire ready to build projects, innkeeping with their IPP model.

They have a pipeline of 4GW of solar/wind and hybrid energy storage projects in development, with a plan to construct, operate and acquire renewable energy assets throughout the UK in the years to come this is an exciting time to join.

The nature of the work will gradually change as the company grows and matures. Initially the majority of the work will be focused on land acquisition and, as projects mature, will increasingly include commercial agreements such as PPAs and construction agreements such as EPCs.

Our client has over 35 sites so now is the time to bring in a property solicitor, someone who is well versed in Options, lease agreements and dealing with heads of terms (this does not have to be in a renewable setting).

This position can offer flexible working options (2-3 in the office & 2-3 from home), a competitive salary package, annual bonus and the opportunity of joining a growing company.
