The role:
We are a busy, creative and pragmatic HR department who are deeply committed to ensuring Depaul is a learning organization and a workplace of choice.
We are recruiting to fill HR and Learning Administrator role to support both the HR and Learning & Development functions.
The appointed candidate will provide high level administrative support for HR projects, supporting with the recruitment life-cycle, producing relevant HR and Learning and Development reports, scheduling of employee training, pension & benefit administration and taking ownership of HR and Learning and Development documents and personnel files.
This is a great opportunity for someone highly motivated with excellent communication to support the HR team and join us as full time (37.5 hours per week) permanent staff.

You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to the values and ethos of Depaul UK.
- Effective communication skills

- Ability to use Word, Excel, Internet research and databases to a high standard
- Ability to produce reports on training and conduct training needs audit and trends
