Our client is a local company supporting people in Norfolk and Suffolk. They require an experienced HR Administrator to join the team initially for 12 weeks but likely to be longer.
Location: Mainly working from home with occasional days/meetings in the office in Norwich
Job Purpose
To provide a wide range of administrative office support to the HR Support Services Director and HR Support Leads. Administrative support to include but is not limited to:
• To support onboarding, referencing, DBS administration
• Dealing with questions and queries via email
• General HR administration as required
• Production of word and excel documentation
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
Main Duties
Recruitment and Selection
• To support with all administrative duties;
• Monitor the probationary period completion/extension;
• Assess employees right to work, apply for references and DBS certification where required, and;
• Data entry of new starters onto the HR system.
• Filing of associated documentation both electronically and hard copy
Employee Relations
• Administration on all case work
• Monitoring long service awards
• Issue new contracts and variations to contract as directed
• Monitor and renew DBS certificates
Training and Development
• Recording all training, Personal Reviews and Appraisals on the HR system.
• Produce quarterly reports as directed;
• Co-ordinate & arrange core training as directed.
