Administration Assistant - Solicitors Firm - Norwich A Solicitors firm which is seen to be one of the leading practices in East Anglia is looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to their team. The successful candidate for this role will be working as part of the firms highly litigation team, working alongside lawyers in the firm assisting them with their caseloads by providing a high level of admin support within the departmentThe department works on a range of dispute type work which will include things such as breach of contract claims, shareholder disputes debt recovery, professional negligence and property disputes. You will become a crucial and valued part of the team right from the start and duties will include things such as diary management, taking messages on the phone and actioning accordingly, typing or preparing letters or relevant paperwork on the case management system, preparing bundles and paperwork for trials, filing, diary management, note taking in meetings and other general admin support. Experience of working in the area of litigation or working in a law firm previously would be beneficial but no means essential as long as you can demonstrate strong admin experience and IT skills in your current or previous role. What is essential is that you have a friendly and personable character to fit into the current team. You will be a team player who takes pride in your work.
