Overview
Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our Clients small team. As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and answering employee inquiries
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in Human Resources
- Strong data entry skills and proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Taleo, Workday, PeopleSoft)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
