Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: Bishop's Stortford, Herts
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum

My client is looking for an HR Administrator to join their dynamic team, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of HR processes and services. As an integral part of the team, you'll provide essential administrative support, working closely with consultants and clients to handle a variety of HR-related tasks efficiently and professionally.
The Role of HR Administrator:
Client Support:
* Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, delivering prompt and accurate responses.
* Co-ordinate client meetings, workshops, and training sessions to support their HR needs.
* Maintain organised and up-to-date client files, ensuring all documentation is properly managed.
Administrative Assistance:
* Execute administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and record-keeping related to HR activities.
* Prepare HR documents such as contracts, offer letters, and policies under consultant guidance.
* Conduct research on behalf of consultants to facilitate informed decision-making.
Compliance and Documentation:
* Assist consultants in ensuring clients' compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
* Contribute to the creation and upkeep of HR policies and procedures manuals.
HR Systems Management:
* Manage HR databases and systems, guaranteeing data accuracy and confidentiality.
* Collaborate in the implementation and enhancement of HRIS for clients.
* Generate comprehensive reports and analytics from HR systems for both client and internal use.
To be successful for the role of HR Administrator you must have:
* Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or consulting.
* Proficiency in computer skills, particularly MS Office suite.
* Strong organisational abilities, adept at prioritising tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented approach.
* Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
The Salary for the HR Administrator:
£25,000 - £27,000 dependent on skills and experience

Hours: 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
