Are you a proactive and organised individual with a passion for human resources? We're seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team and provide essential support in various HR functions.

Description of the role:

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
• Coordinate on-boarding and orientation processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Support employee relations activities, including handling inquiries and assisting with conflict resolution.
• Assist in organising training and development programs for employees.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.

About you:

• Prior experience in a similar role in HR.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
